At PetFusion.pk, we strive to provide high-quality products for your pets. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refunds on Food & Healthcare Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on the following items:

• Pet food (dry or wet)
• Treats or supplements
• Healthcare products (including shampoos, medications, and grooming items)

Once these items are delivered, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Accessories – Exchange or Refund

Accessories such as toys, collars, leashes, beds, and clothing can be exchanged or refunded under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Please Note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
